Random thoughts # watever

1.  Saw two shity ass movies over the weekend. 

(1) BOO - Not sure if this movie ever made it to the big screen.  Despite on the scary elements (which weren't that bad)  I still think the movie is lame.  Although the highlight of the movie (the few sec alone makes me feel the movie is actually worth watching)   One black guy was trying to burn this ghost or watever... or a ghost in a human body.  After the standard procedure of pourin' gasoline and shiet, intead of tossing the match like everyone else does in the movie?  He roundhouse kicked the match with 100% accuracy... so you see the match flew like in slow-mo but then the match was put out probably becuase the roundhouse kick generated too much wind or something.  What a fooking idiot.  Totally "E GAO" right there....  I guess it was intended to be funny but just seems that it's out of the place.

Overall rating?   1.5 stars out of 5   It woudl have be half a star but roundhouse kicking the match  +1 star.

(2) 28 days later - I normally love zombie movies but this one just sucks ass.   In the end it was about saving the girls from crazy ass army general while zombies were just... there.   Also, in teh end of the movie, when they sew these cloth into giant letters and hoping ppl can spot them.  What I didn't get was, they spelled "hello" instead of "help".  I personally think "help" would be more appropriate and it's one letter shorter than Hello which could potentially save you some cloth material and time.  Maybe they thought P is harder to make or smething.  Oh well. 

Overall rating - half a star.  (it could have been 2 stars but they showed this guy's penis in the beginning of the movie, later on it also showed a shower scene with his whole ass exposed..  -1.5 stars) 

2.  Earlier this yr i saw a very nice coat @ Banana Republic.  I hardly give a crap about clothe but I feel that i need to own this one.  Anyone know where to find old inventory? 

Next time i know if i see something nice (other than electronic products) i better get it right away.  For god sake i dont even know the name of the coat.

3.  There are way too many accidents nowadays on the road.  Everyone please drive carefully so I can go home within resonable amount of time.  Stop getting into accidents and for those of you that drive by do NOT slow down just so you can look at what happened!  The only thing you could do to help those car crash victimes is to not cause more traffic by slowing down.. fooking assholes!

4.  I think too much and it makes me tired.  I need to care less as well as try to view things from diff perspective.  Easily said than done...but life is too short to feel unhappy and shiet....    I feel old.  Sigh...

5.  Need to lose weight/ get a hair cut and continue to do my daily workout....  feeling fat lately ~  OUCH.  

6.  Where is a good place to go for one week vacation.  Disney World in FL?  Any other suggestion?

7.  AMD and INTC you two better step up in 4th qtr. 

8.  I have horrible skin in Winter.  This yr is the worst ever.  WTF.

9.  Fantasy Basketball is retarded because I did not get to draft D.Wade.  Now my motivation to play is about 2% left.  Why am i the last pick anyways?  Fooking Yahoo random generating system.  My team blows.

Jack Bauer & 24.....

Weekend was ok.  Finally had a chance to recover and do pretty much nothing...... 

Personally I am not a big fan of watching TV, TV series or drama... watever, and for the past yr or so the only TV programs that i have watched were:

NBA basketball

CSI - I use to not watch this but finally gave in and this is such a good show.  (Vegas only.  Miami and NY sux) 

Ultimate Fighting Champsion on Spike...

As for those TV series, drama with storyline.... normally I do not watch them.  Except.....

"OC".... Yes I managed to finish watching season 1 of OC without missing a single episode.  Do not ask me why......  I was so into it for one of the weeks they did not have it because FOX had to air some special program, I felt uber disappointed.......

Anyways, this post is about 24.  Why does everyone like 24 so much? 

Few things I find distrubin' about this show so far:

1.  Jack Bauer is not as deadly as I thought he could be.... and he isn't so good looking either...

2.  The two punk ass that tried to kidnap Jack Bauer's daughter were stupid dumbass mofos.  Luckly for them,  Jack Bauer's daughter KIM is even stupid-ER.  What a fooking dumbass.  And when her friend got hit by a car, she actually fooking stopped and cry so she can again get kidnapped again.  At least run and get some help fooking idiot.  She deserves to get caught and hopefully she would die in the next episode  hour 4:00 - 5:00

3.  One thing I really don't get is...   The terrorist woman who blew up the plane and took Martin's ID.....  So the hitter can use the ID to get to their target Palmer.  The hitter also had a plastic surgery so he would look like Martin....    WHO DIED IN A PLANE EXPLOSION.  How does the secret srvice not know this when they see a Martin approaches Palmer?  WTF?     

"ok let me kill this dude so the world knows....   and take his ID...  so i can use his supposely "DESEASED IDENTITY" ....

Oh well, the show is still ok.  I figure more things would be revealed later and probably would be more interesting.

//PRE-ORDER & gamez?

I normally don't pre-order anything because I don't like the idea of paying money first and not getting anything back.  Just as how I think of rebates.  Consider I have/use to have large amount of games, there were only few that made the JY's pre-order list & I believe they deserve to be mentioned again..!

Ps - Final Fantasy VII - needless to say, probably my favorite game... on par with Final Fantasy V.  This game is going crazy on Ebay, I should probably sell my copy and fetch some $$.... and my copy looks brand new!

Ps - Resident Evil 2 - I didn't pre-order this, but since I constantly harassed the BestBuy on butterfield road for 3 days straight, and pretty muich gotten my copy while they were loading the games onto the shelf...  I believe this is some nerdy effort for just a game.

Ps- Metal Gear Solid - played the j version and still end up getting the US version.. another game that I have for yrs yet still looks brand new...   Stayed at Ebgames til 9 pm because delivery truck was late on teh pick up day.  It was quite a bit of fun chatting with bunch video gaming addicts.

N64 - Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time collector's edition - I am a big zelda fan, and I actually ordered this game and received it before getting a N64 system..... 

ANYHOW -

Pre-order for Nintendo Wii event starts today for ebgames/gamestop.  I don't know what made me want to get one, ..    Oh well.  A much as I wanted to stand in line and enjoy the freezin' weather to get something I want (just like thxgiving which we camped out at Fry's since 2 am for the LCD TV...)    I am unable to attend the awesome pre-order event due to the fact that I have a job.   Anyways,  So I nicely e-mailed my sister the day before and asked her to stand in the line in cold for me which I thought i was going to get a "F U" in return or something. 

9:20 A.M. *cell phone rings*

Sis: "yo, wtf, this gamestop already sold out, they gave out tickets to ppl around 8 am" 

Me: "oh shit,  nm then... forget it"

Sis: "give me the next address"

Me: "it's ok, too much work"

Sis: "Oh well I am already out"

So I quickly visited ebgame.com and found the next store.  Sent my sis off to the next stop.

9:30 A.M. *cell phone rings*

Sis: "GAN,  this guy in front of me got the last one!"

Me: "....... er...   it's alright, forget it"

Sis: "Give me the address for the one near Oakbrook"

Me "... ok..  blah blah"

Sent my sister to the next stop

9:48 A.M. *cell phone rings*

Sis: "fook!  I got the last one!  I was the 12th in line!"

Me: "...  Oh... wow"

So there, after 3 visits my sister got me pre-order for Nintendo WeeWee.  And she watns to charge me 40 bux -hourly rate $20 for 2 hours (including driving) .

Alright!  I am gonna get a new WeeWee next month! 

Today shall be a good day for me.  Got my pre-order, boss bought me breakfast from downtown bakery and another boss made lunch for everyone so I am covered.  Now I just need to increase my work output from 5% to ... maybe 30% so I can go home on time.

What's my next pre-order target?    I still have half a month to decide before this game is out.  Maybe I should get the collector's edition....!

I have always been a believer of that there exists someone who truly is a clone of you.  Such as personality, look, etc.  I mean, there has gotta be one right?   But I also believe that you would never be able to find such a person, well, doh.  What are the chances.... 

Anyhow, few days ago I while I was slacking off at work, through mindless clicking while viewing ppl' xanga blogz, I happened to find this one person very interesting.  His posts are funny (worte in a way that I would fully understand his English)  I spent the whole day reading through almost all of his posts, and I came to a conclusion.....

WTF

I have been reading pages and pages of entries about myself.  I don't know what he looks like, but I am shocked how we have similar hobbies and we have similar thoughts on things.  Same attitute towards political stuff (YES I do have some interest regarding political crap)  I am sure it's normal to find people that's similar to who you are, but this just does not end.  The more posts I read, I found out we even have similar taste in like little tiny things.  Such as favorite character in SlamDunk. (I swear there are so many good characters in slamdunk, which most of the gay mofos would pick Rukawa.. )   Mind process when playing counter-strike...  about same age...Same college major + pathetic GPA... (and regret about it)...  Love for basketball, drawing at young age, but somehow disconnected from it....   the list of things go on and on....   Oh yeah, he also thinks that Chen shui Bian and G.W. Bush are cousins...     

I guess it's like another JY who lives in NYC and he was made in China.  Only differences I can see so far.

What a weird encounter.  Maybe I should get to know this guy.
