  • Gotta keep being motivated.  I know I want to.  Motivation....

Ace Hardware -  Thank you very much but do I look like a "coporate product analyst" to you????   (Btw, anyone needs an coporate position in acehardware job let me know - located in Oak Brook.   I got to speak to this nice lady who is looking for two people.  Any of you business major, new grad, or whatever I can give you direct contact infor for this HR specialist.)

Few more phone calls to get to...   I hate calling back for these positions, can't you tech ppl just write e-mails?

One of the calls left a message so unclear, it's not even funny.  "----"  denotes  unclear voice + occasionally cut off

" Hi .   This ----  Marv(or Mark)  BLAHBLAHBLAH from ---BLAH--BLAH (his last name i cannot even make up words for it, it's so unclear and unique.     Oh , and his company name was completely cut off.  couldn't hear shiet)

"I ------  ask -------a "technical support engineer" ----  ----   and you will be -------------------------   C++,   Java ---------- --------   around the world, -----------------------------  client -------------     Please give me a call if you can.   847 blah blah.

And he sounded like G. W. Bush.   At least I heard the title and C++/Java.  maybe rest of the message isn't important afterall.

I hate turning down interviews or ignore some of the calls -  but having a job while looking for one is extremely difficult, how the hell do other ppl do it?    Most of the HR ppl ask you to call them back in business hours, which I would rather do e-mails.  If I were answering and accepting these interviews, I have to take days off every 2-3 days for the next few weeks straight.  WTF?  and some of these interviews are far as hell i might as well take full day off.  HOW DO U PPL DO IT WHILE NOT BEING SUSPCISOUS TO YOUR CURRENT EMPLOYERS?   I can't think of anything.

God damn, I envy those of you who can simply walk away from you job and sit at home while looking for a new one.
